We're a small, licensed team, and every visit is handled with the same professionalism, precision, and warmth we'd want for our own family.

- Do I need a provider's order?
- Yes. We can only draw specimens for tests your provider has ordered. Bring the order form or have your provider email it to us before your visit.
- Do you bill insurance?
- We don't bill insurance or health plans. Payment for our collection service is due at the time of your visit. Your provider bills the lab for the test itself as usual.
- What's the deposit for?
- A 50% deposit ($50) at booking reserves your appointment window and is non-refundable. The remaining $50 is due at the visit.
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- No problem — just give us 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another client.
- Do you travel outside Knox County?
- Yes, for a small additional travel fee. Message us with your address and we'll send you a quick quote.
- How do results get to me?
- Results are released by the lab through your provider — the same way they would be if you'd visited the lab yourself.
